Implementation engagement: Consultants and project managers interested in seeing a referral all the way through to implementation will be given priority consideration to engage as the implementation consultant assigned to that implementation.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflow processes and procedures coupled with healthcare IT experience in leadership, project management, workflow redesign, management consulting, marketing and/or business development roles.
- Excellent communication skills, credibility, dependability, follow through and a deep desire to help their clients and prospects resolve business challenges.
- Interested go live consultants and trainers must have project management experience leading 3 or more healthcare IT implementations, business development experience or other healthcare leadership role.
