Job Description :
The position provides timely, accurate and responsive end-user support services for SoftLab and related applications in a hospital setting.

 


Our client, a well-established, leading global IT solution provider with more than half-a-century of experience delivering technology solutions and consulting services in diverse industries is seeking an experienced SoftLab Analysist to provide exceptional quality and timely support to SoftLab users at a regional hospital. 

 


Responsibilities



  • Provide timely, accurate and responsive support services to end users of SoftLab LIS and related applications

  • Deliver responsive and high-quality customer service to end users while troubleshooting user errors.

  • Conduct root cause analysis, identify and implement fixes that reduce future errors to include documenting issues and solutions.

  • Participate in the day-to-day tracking and follow-up on daily operations issues and questions.

  • Validate and support systems testing efforts.

  • Engage with client users and functional teams as needed.

  • Track issue status and work volume through ticket management system.

  • Participate in a 24/7 after hours on-call rotation.


Required Qualifications :


  • Extensive knowledge of workflows in a hospital or clinical laboratory.  

  • Prior experience working in a remote support role for SoftLab end users.

  • Med Tech Certification preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
